helicopter motorbike
i just saw a quite enormous police/ military convey on the M4 near Swindon, what was it?
it was massive, lots of military land rovers and police vehicles/ motorbikes which surrounded some massive black trucks which looked to be armoured in some way. there was also a helicopter that kept going up and down the m-way overhead.

I looked at some of the links, and i think it was the nuclear weapons convoy from that video, the trucks were identical, plus Swindon is quite near this Atomic Weapons Establishment place it talks about.
Its a dry run for when president obama comes to visit, the inside of the large truck is a copy of the oval office, so if he needs to press the button it can be done from inside
