Do road offences come under the rehabilitation of offenders act?
I got a off road motorbike taken off me, and im gonna get done for no insurance, so i should receive around 6-8 points and a £35 fine.
I wanted to know of this conflicts with the rehabilitation of offenders act, i thought it might not because its a road offence and not a criminal offence, if it conflicts with the act then i cant join the RAF 
Its a non recordable offence so as such its not classed as having a criminal record, so u dont have to disclose it.
You are a bit short with the fine though its a min of £200 for no insurance!
You will be ok in the RAF, good luck its a laugh.
